
The TV anime adaptation of isekai manga The Faraway Paladin will debut on October 9!
A second trailer and additional cast info were revealed along with the release date.
The trailer features the opening theme song, "The Sacred Torch" by op singer and former Kalafina member H-el-ical//.
Aoi Yuki ( The Saga of Tanya the Evil, Puella Magi Madoka Magica ) is joining the cast as Gracefeel, Will's guardian deity.

Hiroki Takahashi ( Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, The Prince of Tennis ) will play Stagnate, a goddess of undeath who is hostile toward Will.

Written by Kanata Yanagino and illustrated by Kususaga Rin, The Faraway Paladin follows a man who has been reincarnated as a young boy named Will. Raised by his new undead family, he begins to wonder about memories of his past life, setting him on a journey to become a paladin.
The Faraway Paladin airs from October 9, 2021.
