Anime Ranma 1/2 is getting a collaboration cafe in the brand-new BOX cafe&space Grand Scape Ikebukuro! The cafe is being handled by LTR Inc., a subsidiary of CL Holdings.
BOX cafe&space (with a total of 20 stores) is a limited time cafe space that promotes themed cafe culture as well as the appeal of media content.
The space allows visiting customers to experience a world overflowing with their beloved “favorite things”, by taking the wonderful worldviews from media content and transforming it into a new kind of food entertainment. As an “experiential store” it provides cutting-edge information on the latest hot topics.
To commemorate the completely new anime adaptation of Ranma 1/2, LTR Inc. is opening this lively and fun themed cafe using original illustrations of the characters wearing traditional Japanese clothing.
The menu offers a twist on a retro coffee shop menu with food, desserts and drinks based on the characters and their character colors making it bright, fun and pleasant.
It includes a Ranma Saotome inspired omelette pilaf, a girl Ranma inspired cold omelette pasta, a P-chan (Ryoga Hibiki) inspired curry, an Akane Tendo inspired dorayaki pancake and a Shampoo inspired parfait.
There are also limited edition goods and bonuses using the cafe’s original illustrations. These include acrylic stands, can badges, stickers and more!
At the newly opened BOX cafe&space Grand Scape Ikebukuro you can enjoy a space that is brimming with unique characters and savor a carefully crafted menu while chatting about Ranma 1/2!
The cafe opens on March 6th along with the grand opening of the BOX cafe&space Grand Scape Ikebukuro and ends on March 30th.
