Popular anime Dr. Stone is set to return on October 12 with Season 3's second cour!
In addition to a main promo video for the new cour, info on the upcoming theme songs has been revealed. Ryujin Kiyoshi will perform the opening theme song, "Haruka," and Anly will perform the ending theme song, "Suki ni Shinayo."
Based on Riichiro Inagaki & Boichi’s manga, Dr. Stone is set in a world where humanity has been turned to stone. After waking up alone, a young genius named Senku tries to bring back the world around him through the power of science.
The first season of the TV anime aired in 2019, with Season 2 following in 2021. An anime TV special titled Dr. Stone: Ryusui premiered on July 10, 2022.
Titled Dr. Stone: New World, the third season premiered on April 6, 2023. The story follows Senku as he continues his journey alongside Ryusui, who starred in the 2022 TV special.
Dr. Stone Season 3's second cour will air from October 12, 2023.
